Firstly, thank you for thinking about joining us. We promise that should you choose to book you are set for a life changing experience.

Step one.
Call, e-mail, fax or use the REGISTER button below to establish that we have vacancies on the retreat of your choice. We will then hold your space for a period of 2 weeks and give you arrival details to enable you to secure your flights. It is important that you arrange your flights to arrive on the dates given to you as we cannot be responsible for any costs incurred if you book different dates.
Step two
Once you have booked your flights, contact us with the details of those flights so we can confirm your place and send you a written confirmation with terms and conditions and visa application form. At this stage you will be asked for a non refundable deposit of £80 per person. We strongly recommend that you take out adequate travel insurance at this stage that includes a cancellation provision.
Step three
Approximately 8 weeks prior to departure we will send you a balance invoice. We ask that this is settled within 14 days. You can pay by cheque or by most credit cards.
Step Four
Approximately 2 weeks prior to departure we will send you your retreat documents giving you all the information you need to join us in Cairo. Naturally if several parties are on the same flight we will ensure you have each others contact details to travel together.
